The second quarter of 2019 saw some good activity and traction throughout Central Oregon. We’re in a fairly balanced market with a slight seller’s advantage as prices have been increasing all over the region and many homes selling before they officially hit the market. Buyers are ready to buy but are facing a shortage of available properties.
