Personal Bio
Originally from New York City, I moved out to San Diego in 2000 and went to graduate school for Real Estate at the University of San Diego. I’ve been in commercial real estate finance for over 17 years serving as a credit executive for various institutional banks and life insurance companies in Orange County and Los Angeles. I personally closed over $8B in real estate financing and the last investment management firm I worked for had over $310B assets under management. I’ve been a licensed broker since 2003 mostly buying and selling residential investment properties in Southern California and Denver, Colorado. My expertise includes property valuation, market analysis, and deal negotiation. Best practices to me means taking the time to keenly listen to client’s needs and provide targeted relevant information that specifically addresses those needs.

I moved my family out to Bend during the height of the coronavirus in May 2020. Part of the reason was to be closer to family here in Bend and the other part was to enjoy all the outdoor activities that Bend and the surrounding area has to offer. In particular, hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and rock climbing. Needless to say, I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast and even competed on the reality TV show, American Ninja Warrior, three years in a row. When I’m not working or staying active, I spend most of my time reading financial reports and vlogging about the financial markets. I’ve been investing since I was 12 years old.
