Personal Bio
Molly McInelly is relatively new to Central Oregon. She currently resides in beautiful Redmond, Oregon. Molly is a proud fiancé and a mother of two wonderful children. She has an English Mastiff and a Russian Tortious. They complete the little family. Molly and her family enjoy all the outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer. These activities include biking, floating, hiking, gardening, paddle boarding, and skiing/snowboarding. Molly is extremely active in our local schools and community. She has been a long-standing member of the Bend-Lapine PTA, yearbook committee, and girl’s middle school basketball coach. She assists in home builds for Habitat for Humanity and is the coordinator for Operation Christmas Child at her church.

At Stevens-Henager College, Molly obtained her Associate of Applied Science Business Management and Accounting degree with Summa Cum Laude honors. She was a member of the school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) program. She has gained two certificates in Soft-Skill Seminars, First Impressions, and Motivational Workshop. Since graduating, Molly has chosen to pursue higher degrees, Bachelor of Science Business Administration New Media Marketing, as well as her Masters of Business Administration. Her love for learning has led her to Central Oregon Community College where she has obtained her Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License.

Molly understands that knowledge is power and the importance of building a large network of connections. She has an engaging personality, hustle, tenacity, honesty, and integrity. Molly is self-motivated with experienced problem-solving skills. Her plans for the future are to use the skills learned at both Central Oregon Community College and Stevens-Henager College to help educate, innovate, and motivate everyone she encounters in Central Oregon.
