At Fred Real Estate Group, we’re proud to offer free training classes and coaching sessions to our team. Today we hosted a team event with a very special guest speaker: local entrepreneur rockstar, Sarah Pool.

 

 

Filled with entrepreneurial genius, passion, work ethic, and a hunger for competition (which can likely be attributed to her time playing collegiate basketball), it was a huge honor for us to have Sarah come to the FRED office to chat with our team.

 

About Sarah Pool

Sarah Pool is the Co-Founder & CEO of Canvas, a functional beverage company. Prior to launching Canvas, Sarah was the Founder & CEO of Pacific Superfood Snacks, which later became part of the Made In Nature family of brands. Sarah has a background in finance, having served as the Director of Finance of FPMT Inc. and as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley (M.A., B.A.), where she also served as Team Captain of the women’s basketball team. Sarah is an Oregon native.

Sarah has spoken to audiences around the country, including TEDx, the OEN Entrepreneurial Summitt, CBS’ MyWindow, the National Honor Society, and more. Her commitment to social entrepreneurship — utilizing business to propel social and environmental benefit — fuels her inspiring leadership.

In real estate terms, as a company it’s important we surround ourselves with like-minded brokers that understand that they too are building businesses for themselves, with the full support of FRED behind them. For our team, having the knowledge and skillset to continually drive value to clients and our community is essential to individual success.   There is no substitute for developing authentic relationships and having a customer-focused mindset.
